Paige was the child of Joyce Turco and David Turco, and sadly, David passed away when she was a baby. Following the passing of Turco's father, Joyce transferred them to Springfield. Paige was a ballet student when she was a child and she was determined to be an expert classical dancer. She was a graduate of Walnut Hill School in 1983. Walnut Hill School in 1983, and she performed at the New England Dance Conservatory, Western Massachusetts Ballet Company, and Amherst Ballet Theatre Company as a soloist.
